With a hands-on approach, you will enable the success of our customers by ensuring an optimal end user experience through onboarding enablement and by resolving any issues, requests and questions in a timely efficient manner.

You will work alongside customer success managers and implementation managers and be part of our customer success organisation. On a day to day basis you will interact our product team and our clients. You will report into our 

What your work week will look like

The main responsibility is to handle end user requests, issues and questions. We are also supporting the Customer Success team in their role. Other responsibilities: 

  • Onboarding and training (new) colleagues within our in house CMS system

  • Discuss technical related issues with the product team and communicate solutions to end user

  • Report on support activities and consolidation of ticket view for Customer Success team

  • Handling all our end user requests (accounting for 50% of your time) through our ticketing system and follow up with product and Customer Success team for resolution as per SLA’s and to achieve targeted CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) level

  • Setting up app environments for clients and ensuring that the necessary information is available


The qualities we’re looking for


A hands-on mentality – you are pro-active and like to get things done!

  • At least 3 year of client facing customer support experience in SaaS / Tech industry
  • You're a quick learner and can work effectively in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Strong communication skills and experience in cross functional collaboration
  • Experience with configuration and CMS systems, SalesForce or Fresh Desk is a huge plus!
  • You have perfect communication skills in English, any other European languages are a more than welcome!
